Kathryn St. Peter is a Coach, Writer, and Human Resources professional.  She works for a Fortune 20 corporation and has worked for other Global Fortune companies for over two decades while being a lifelong learner and mentor.

Kathryn became a widow in her early forties while reconciling never having children all the while maintaining an exceptional appreciation and zest for life; navigating and embracing the world one precious day at a time.

Kathryn has been featured in the commemorative edition of "O, The Oprah Magazine", and traveled with Oprah Winfrey, the Harpo team, and other audience members to Australia.  She has published several Global Thrive pieces and completed her first manuscript.  Kathryn was also a featured guest on "Careers and Cocktails" podcast.  Kathryn is a mentor for Glioblastoma caregivers through the American Brain Tumor Association.  Kathryn has completed a round of the mental toughness challenge, 75 Hard, a marathon, a century ride, and has raised thousands of dollars for various charities, most in honor of her grandfather via the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Kathryn has made numerous appearances on many Richmond, Virginia radio and television stations as well as many print and television interviews throughout Australia.  She has traveled and lived throughout the United States and visited 11 countries and counting.  Kathryn found love again and remarried.  Together she and her husband share their love for their pup, health, gardening, and hiking. 

Kathryn has been employed by Walt Disney World, Keurig, and two Global Fortune 30 companies.  She worked in behavioral health and began her Master's in Social Work to become a Therapist but gratefully life had growth via love in mind.   Kathryn completed 105 hours of Co-Active Training Institute as well as 30+ hours in Neuroscience Coaching.
