What is Coaching? Historically we've seen Coaches only in the athletic arena. While many of us are not athletes in the traditional sense we can all benefit from coaching. A Coach is a thought provoking partner who creatively collaborates with you via scheduled sessions to achieve new personal or professional goals. Are you transitioning in a new space, like moving, or in a new relationship status (married to widowed or divorced or newly married), starting a side business or entering a new career? These are all transitions. I can help you gain clarity on your intent for this new space while keeping you aligned and accountable moving towards a more fulfilled life.
